The hotel’s very own restaurant, Restaurant APART, are in charge of all catering for the hotel guests. Here, taste and aesthetics are top priority. With focus on sustainability and ecology our menu is dictated by the commodities of the season and 60% – 90% is organic. Our chefs collect the mushrooms, herbs and berries themselves in forests nearby. Al the fish we serve is sustainably line-caught and with focus on local commodities we receive our vegetables from Sommergrønt in Hadsten and meat from Rævhede.

All catering for meetings and conferences is individually planned since we know that needs and wishes vary.
