Ergonomic rooms

Our meeting rooms in Aarhus are equipped with large TVs/screens and cameras, complete with the necessary equipment, enabling video conferencing and cross-border meetings without the need to travel. Each room accommodates between two and 120 participants. Additionally, several rooms can be combined to double the capacity, featuring two screens that can be linked together.

Furthermore, we boast a large lecture hall that seats up to 120 people, equipped with projectors and a large screen. This space is ideal for inspiring courses, lectures, or group work with breakout areas. The screen is perfect for sharing PowerPoint slides or video materials. This high-tech equipment is also available in four other meeting rooms, which can be used individually or combined to accommodate various seating arrangements and events.

All rooms are fitted with soundproof window sections, ensuring meetings are undisturbed by external noise. Additionally, there are dark curtains that can be drawn for total privacy if needed.

Meeting packages for every need

At GUESTapart, we understand that different meetings and conferences have varied catering needs. Therefore, we have created a variety of meeting packages that cater to half-day, full-day, and overnight meetings.

A half-day meeting includes water, coffee, and tea throughout the day, a delicious breakfast plate, a light snack, and lunch from Mundret or Mad med Mondrup. Our full-day meetings include tea, coffee, iced water, and fruit ad libitum, a breakfast buffet, a light snack, a nourishing lunch, and coffee served with exquisite pastries from Gotfred. Additionally, you can add an evening menu and evening coffee with something sweet.

If some participants need to stay overnight after the meeting, it's possible to book a meeting day package, which includes catering throughout the day as described above, along with accommodation in one of our exclusive design apartments, complete with a breakfast buffet the following morning.

All meeting packages can be adjusted according to needs, and we also offer the option to make the catering vegetarian or vegan. Naturally, we also accommodate any meeting participants who are gluten or lactose intolerant.
