Reservation and arrival
How do I book a room?

You can book online, call us or send an email. The front desk is open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM. During this time we can be reached on tel. 0045 86180000 or hello@guestapart.dk.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Check the cancellation policy in your confirmation. Send us an email or call us if your change concerns a reservation in the coming days. If you have booked through an external website such as Booking.com or Hotels.com, please direct your inquiries to them.

When can I check in and check out?

You can check in from 3 PM on the day of your arrival. Check out is at 11 AM. You will, if we have your correct mobile number, be digitally checked in.

Can I check in early?

If the room is ready earlier, we can offer earlier check-in on the day of arrival. Preliminary check-in or late check-out is subject to availability on the day of arrival and may incur a surcharge.

How does check-in take place?

If the stay is paid in advance, on the day of arrival you will receive an SMS with your apartment number and a door code that you will need to use as a key. Please contact reception if you have not received an SMS from us.

What if I arrive after reception is closed?

We will send you a payment link by SMS, where you can settle for your stay. Once the payment is approved, between 1 and 2 PM on the day of your arrival, you will receive a  SMS with your apartment number and key code.

Thus, you are checked in and can go directly to your apartment. Please contact the reception before 11 PM if you have not received an SMS from us.

The above applies unless your stay is paid for at the time of booking or is settled by invoice.

Rooms and facilities
Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, free WiFi is available in all rooms and public areas. The WiFi code in the room can be seen through the digital guestbook or on the TV's information screen.

What do the apartments contain?

All apartments range from 30 – 48 square meters and each features a fully equipped kitchen, double bed, spacious bathroom, B&O TV, B&O speaker, hairdryer, safe, built-in wardrobes, and toiletries. See an buy much of our interior here.

What is included in the breakfast buffet?

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed for a fee. This must be reported to reception prior to arrival.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

We do not have air conditioning, but there is ventilation and fans in all rooms.

Can I control the heating in the room myself?

Yes, both in the bathroom and behind the front door, you can regulate the floor heating yourself.

Is there an opportunity to wash clothes?

Yes, on the ground floor we have a laundry room where you can both wash, tumble dry and iron. Follow the instructions on the wall to use the facilities.

Are there TV channels and streaming options on the TV?

Yes, there are both TV channels in several languages, as well as the possibility of streaming via Chromecast.

Food and drink
When is breakfast available?

On weekdays, breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10 AM
On weekends and holidays, breakfast is served from 7 to 10:30 AM.

Do you have a restaurant (a la carte)?

The dinner is created in collaboration with Mundret, known for creating exquisite, freshly prepared bite-sized dishes, perfect for all occasions. Here, skilled chefs prepare various bite-sized dishes every day, which you can either enjoy in your room, or have us heat up and serve in the restaurant. Notice that the dishes must be preordered before 10 AM on the day of arrival. Read more here.

Is there a bar in the hotel?

Yes, we have a really nice bar where we offer a variety of white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines, along with a wide selection of soft drinks, juices, and organic beers. There's also the option for a cocktail. This is open until 11 PM.

Can I have coffee/tea in the room?

In our reception and restaurant area, you can find the finest B-Corp certified and organic products from both Emeyu tea and ØNSK coffee. We serve the tea in organic cotton bags that are compostable, and the coffee can be freshly ground and enjoyed with a French press in your room – or brewed directly with our automatic espresso machine.

Automobiles and transport
Is there free parking?

Yes, there is free parking for all our guests with driveway from Tueager.

How do I get to and from Aarhus C?

We recommend taking Letbanen. The stop is right behind the hotel and you can pay by travel card or debit card at the station. Use www.rejseplanen.dk to find a suitable departure.

How do I get to and from Aarhus Airport?

We recommend taking a taxi.

Do you have charging stations for electric cars?

Yes, we have 4 "Clever" charging stations for electric vehicles available for our guests on our parking lot. Payment can be made through the Clever app (or own subscription), or you can borrow an activation token at the reception against a fee

Paying and policies
How do I pay for my stay?

The day before your arrival, you will receive a text message with a link where you can pay for your stay online. If you arrive before 11 PM, you can also pay by card at the reception. This applies unless you have already settled the payment at the time of booking or are paying via invoice

Which amenities are included in the room rate?

The room rate includes free parking, access to the fitness, sauna, breakfast and free WiFi.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards, cash and mobile payment methods.

Is the deposit necessary?

Yes, a deposit may be required at check-in for any additional charges.

Can I smoke in the room?

We are a smoke-free hotel, so all rooms, including balconies, are non-smoking rooms. If this is not adhered to, a fee will be charged. Instead, we have a cozy outdoor smoking area near our parking lot.

What is your cancellation policy?

This depends on the booking in question and will be stated in your confirmation.

Is there an age limit for booking a room?

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Security and accessibility
Is there a doctor at the hotel?

No doctor on site, but we are located right next to Aarhus Universitetshospital if the accident should happen.

Are there security facilities at the hotel?

Yes, we prioritize the safety of our guests highly with 24-hour video surveillance in public areas and automatic fire alarms.

Is there a safety deposit box in the room?

Yes, there are safety deposit boxes for personal belongings in all rooms.

Are there facilities for people with disabilities?

Yes, we have the God Adgang certification. We have six disabled-friendly rooms where the beds can be separated and a lift that goes to all floors.

Fitness and sauna
What are the opening hours for fitness?

Our fitness is open 24 hours a day and you can access fitness around the clock by using your personal key code.

What are the opening hours for the sauna and wellness area?

Saunas and cold showers are open from 7 AM to 10.50 PM and you can access this area using your personal key code.

Children
Is cots available?

Children's cots (0-3 years old) are available for an extra charge. Contact the front desk for more.

Are highchairs available?

Highchairs are available while stocks last.

Are there playrooms?

During the holidays we make playrooms for the little ones and a game room for the slightly larger ones. Additionally, our library is always open with drawing materials and various games.

Departure
How do I check out?

Check-out is no later than 11 AM. On the day of your departure, you will receive an SMS with a link where you can check out. We can also check you out at the reception.

Can I make late check-out?

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a charge. Contact the reception on the day of departure to inquire.

Can I temporarily leave my luggage after checking out?

At our own risk, we can offer to store your luggage temporarily in an unlocked corner of the reception.

Special offers and events
Are there special offers or packages available?

We often have seasonal offers and packages. Check out if our website where it will appear.

Is it possible to hold meetings or events at the hotel?

Yes, we have meeting and conference facilities available. Read more about the conference here.

What activities are available nearby?

Everything from sightseeing tours through Aarhus, to the Old Town and a playland.

Rent an apartment

If you need a temporary home for a period of time, we can offer long term rentals on our fine design apartment.

Our apartments are fully furnished and fully serviced. This means that everything is ready for you when you move in, and that we will take care of everything during your stay with us.

You don't have to think about cleaning, parking hassles, internet bills or fitness subscriptions. Even if you can't stand to cook, there are skilled chefs ready to pamper you.

Prices and terms

As a long-term tenant, you will of course get an absolutely formidable price for your stay.
Prices start from 16.000 DKK per month (29 days) for one person and assume a minimum of 29 days of rental. The rental agreement can then be terminated with 14 days' written notice.

SKI-agreement

Book accommodation on a SKI agreement

Hotel GUESTapart is part of the official SKI agreement, which means that if you are a municipal or state employee, you can book with us at really good prices. This is possible because we meet the quality and price requirements set to be part of the SKI agreement. To name a few examples, we have a collective agreement, God Adgang-certification,  Green Key and the organic silver label.
