At Restaurant APART taste and aesthetics are top priority. We believe that you eat with the eyes as well as the mouth which is reflected throughout our entire menu.
With focus on sustainability and ecology our menu is dictated by the commodities of the season where the majority is organic. Our chefs collect the mushrooms, herbs and berries themselves in forests nearby. Al the fish we serve is sustainably line-caught and with focus on local commodities we receive our vegetables from Sommergrønt in Hadsten and meat from Rævhede.
For the sweet tooth the pastry chef of the house creates pastries of the highest class, beautiful and tasteful deserts and homemade petit four of top quality.
The menu is a treat for grown ups and kids as well, but we do have a kids menu – just ask the kind waiter!
