With focus on sustainability and ecology our menu is dictated by the ingredients of the season. We carry a silver diploma in ecology, which means that 60 % – 90 % of our produce is organic.

We have changed the classic a la carte menu with a brand new food experience.

We have created a new and sustainable food concept, that’s all about homeliness, responsibility and local, organic produce. It’s easy, delicious and quite unique. We call it GUESTmade.

What is GUESTmade?

GUESTmade is a new and sustainable food concept, created with the best, organic produce of the season. The food is made by our talented chefs and will just need a quick warm up in your hotel kitchen.

That makes you a co-creater on the food, that the chefs prepare. At your arrival you will receive a text (SMS) with a link where you can order and pay your food. We will put your order in your fridge, and when you are hungry, it will only take you 20 minutes to prepare your meal.

If you order before 2.00 PM we will put your food in the fridge no later than 4.00 PM. Otherwise your menu can be picked up by contacting the reception before kl. 10.00 PM.

The food will only take 5 minutes work and 20 minutes in total to prepare – we will attach a complete how-to guide.

GUESTmade is our way of making a sustainable food experience, that is prepared by our chefs and just needs your final touch to create a food-masterpiece in your hotel kitchen. GUESTmade is all about delicious dishes that is easy and quick to prepare. They are made fresh every day and can be delivered directly to your fridge.

Our breakfast is open for both guests staying at the hotel and people who just wanna come grab a bite and go!

The heart of the hotel

The lounge is the place to take a deep breath, enjoy a nice cop of coffee or a tasteful meal and where everyone is welcome. Relax in front of the TV, get some work done or grab a lean back and read one of our many books.

We are proud to be the only place in Skejby Business Park where you can enjoy a cold beer, a nice glass of wine and a delicious meal.
